What You Can Expect

The Technology Development Program is intended for those interested in launching a career in technology.  This 2 year rotational program is designed to help you plan your unique career path. TDPs will explore and discover new passions through coding, continual learning, community engagement, and the willingness to take an active role in their career trajectory.

Year 1

Your initial team assignment is determined based on your skills, strengths, and interests discussed during your interviews and preboarding feedback surveys.

Year 2

After networking with managers, learning more about our Tech teams and key projects they support, you will be able to share your preference for your second rotation, following career exploration activities.

Program End

At the end of the program, your final placement will be determined by current opportunities within the Technology Division that align with the skills you have developed.

TDPs will have the opportunity to engage in one or more of the Pillar sub-groups to help coordinate different aspects of the program. Not only does pillar work provide networking opportunities amongst your cohort, but it will also provide ownership into your own development. ​

What It Takes

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics
    *Other majors considered with strong coding background
  • Minimum GPA: 3.0
  • Intermediate to advanced programming skills in one or more pertinent languages
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, collaboration and troubleshooting skills
  • Passion for Technology, data and continual learning
  • Work visa sponsorship not offered for this role

* Technology Development Program opportunities are available in Buffalo, NY and Wilmington, DE (pending availability)
